How much will my return cost?
Your price is $95 for the federal Form 1040 plus the forms your situation needs, such as $65 for each state return or $45 for each business. Our Price my return page shows your estimate line by line, and we confirm your final price after reviewing your documents, before any work begins.
Do you use AI to prepare returns?
No. Every return is processed, prepared and reviewed by a person. We may use automation for things like scheduling reminders, never to prepare your return.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, by appointment. Many clients prefer phone or video, and you are welcome to book an in-person meeting in Frisco and the surrounding area when you schedule your call.
Do I need to live in Texas?
No. We work with clients wherever they live and file federal returns plus any state returns you need.
How long does it take?
Most returns are completed about 2 business days after we have received all of your documents. If yours will take longer, we will tell you up front.
How do I send my documents?
Through a secure client portal. You upload your documents there and view your completed return there too. Please do not send tax documents by regular email.
What is an Enrolled Agent?
An Enrolled Agent is a tax practitioner licensed by the IRS. Enrolled Agents can represent taxpayers before the IRS on audits, collections and appeals.
I got a letter from the IRS. Can you help?
Yes. Choose that option in the questionnaire or contact us. Letters and past-due returns are quoted on a call once we see the details.
What if my situation changes after I get an estimate?
That is normal. We confirm your final price after reviewing your documents and always agree it with you before any work begins.
